HR & Office Intern

Are you a people-oriented, organised, and proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in both HR and office operations? The Wow As our HR & Office Intern , you will play an important role in creating an excellent employee and visitor experience in our Budapest office. This is a 1-year fixed-term internship , requiring a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week , and is fully onsite from our Budapest office . You will support the local HR team, help keep the office environment running smoothly, and contribute to employee events and Betsson Employee Experience activities. This is a great opportunity to learn how HR and office operations work within an international organisation while taking ownership of meaningful day-to-day activities. A taster of what you will be involved with • Supporting the HR team with the administration of employee benefits and perks, including health insurance, team-building activities, and fire and safety-related matters • Contributing to a positive employee experience throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding • Assisting the Recruitment team with employer branding activities and events • Managing the reception area and welcoming employees, candidates, visitors, and suppliers • Helping to maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organised office environment • Coordinating office-related suppliers, orders, and deliveries • Supporting the planning and delivery of Budapest office events • Collaborating with the Global HR team on local employee experience initiatives • Supporting the Budapest BEE Forum and other Betsson Employee Experience activities • Assisting your manager and the wider HR team with additional HR and office-related tasks when required What we are looking for • Ongoing higher education or finished secondary education • Fluent English, both written and spoken • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • A friendly, helpful, and service-minded approach • Confidence communicating with different colleagues, visitors, and external partners • Proactivity and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks • The ability to manage several priorities in a structured way • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools • Previous experience in administration, customer service, event support, or HR is an advantage, but not essential Why Betsson? • Be part of the success story of one of the fastest growing companies in the iGaming sector. • This is your opportunity to join a business that truly values its people, to drive change and impact the wider people's agenda. • Become part of an extended family consisting of 60+ nationalities, 95% millennials and GenX. • Grow in your career! • Join an equal opportunity employer where 40% of our workforce are women and growing. • Join a fun and and supportive HR team 🩷 Challenge Accepted?
