These terms are the agreement between you and OfferAIO, a product of Sharka Software LLC (“OfferAIO”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed, so they are short.
1. What OfferAIO is
OfferAIO finds internships, co-ops and entry-level roles that match your profile and, when you ask it to, fills in the employer’s application form from your profile, resume, saved answers and OfferAIO's standard answers to common screening questions (section 2). Your own answer always replaces a standard one. Automatic submission is on by default: OfferAIO sends a filled form when every question is answered from that information, unless you turn on Review before submission in Settings (section 3). It is a tool that acts on your instructions. It is not a recruiter, an employer, or a guarantee of anything.
Not every site can be completed by OfferAIO, and some applications need you to finish them. Those wait under Needs your input, with what is left to do.
Employer names and logos belong to their respective owners. OfferAIO shows them only to identify the employer whose posting or application is shown, and showing them does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, that employer. An employer can ask us to remove its logo by writing to support@offeraio.com.
2. Your account and your profile
- You must be at least 16 to use OfferAIO and 18 to turn on Auto Apply for new matches. You can choose a posting and press Apply at 16 or 17. Employers ask about age: OfferAIO answers that you are 16 or older, which every account is, and leaves an age of 18 or 21 to you.
- Everything in your profile must be true and about you. OfferAIO types your answers into real applications with real employers, and you are the applicant. Never create a profile for someone else without their permission, and never invent experience, degrees, work authorization or identity.
- By using OfferAIO you authorize it to apply for you in full. Unless you give your own answer in your profile, Settings or on an application, OfferAIO answers employers' standard screening questions with its standard answers: that you are authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; can work on-site or in the office on the role's usual full-time schedule; hold a valid driver's license; are available for the role's schedule, shifts and start date and meet its physical requirements; are willing to relocate, travel and go through the employer's usual background checks; have no criminal convictions, pending charges, disciplinary or regulatory history; and have no relatives, conflicts of interest, government ties or agreements with other employers that affect the role. Where a form asks for a pay expectation, OfferAIO gives the pay the posting states, else your own saved pay preference, else “Negotiable” where the form accepts text; and where a required field takes only a number and none of those states one, a typical hourly figure for the role and location, converted to the form's unit (or, where the form offers pay ranges, the one range that contains it). Save your own pay preference in Settings to use when the posting lists no figure. You also authorize OfferAIO to accept employers' application terms and acknowledgements, and to certify and sign your applications electronically in your name. Other screening questions your profile does not settle are answered the way an applicant with nothing to declare would answer them, and each is labeled Default answer (OfferAIO) on the application; turn off Answer screening questions for me in Settings to answer those yourself. Your own answer always replaces a standard one, except for pay, where a figure the posting states comes before your saved pay preference, so give yours wherever a standard answer is not true for you.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You may use an AI assistant to find postings and to work inside your own signed-in session. It acts on your instruction, you remain the applicant, everything it enters must be true and about you, and you are responsible for what it does under your account. The choices this agreement reserves for you (confirming your age, allowing AI processing, turning on Auto Apply, paying, and deleting your account) stay yours. Never give an assistant your password or sign-in code.
3. How applications work
- What starts an application. Nothing is filled in unless you press Apply on a posting, paste a posting link, turn on scheduled Auto Apply, or choose Queue new matches for a one-time Auto Apply run. Auto Apply is part of every plan, Free included. If you are 18 or older, it queues new postings above the minimum fit you set, up to your daily cap. You can turn scheduled picks off at any time; a one-time run does not change that switch.
- Who presses submit. Automatic submission is on by default: OfferAIO sends a filled form only when every question is answered from your profile, resume, saved answers and OfferAIO's standard answers (section 2). Turn on Review before submission under Settings → Automation, and every filled form waits for you to press the employer’s submit button in the live window. This choice applies whether Auto Apply selected the posting or you did.
- What it answers. OfferAIO answers form questions from your profile, your resume, the answers you have saved and OfferAIO's standard answers to common screening questions, including the default answers described in section 2. An answer you give yourself always replaces a standard one. A question none of these answers is handed back to you under Needs your input, and the application is not sent until you finish it.
- Where it runs. Your applications are filled in a browser of your own on our servers. When an employer’s site needs you, the application waits under Needs your input and you carry on in the live window.
- Employer accounts (optional). If you switch on “Create employer accounts for me”, OfferAIO creates your account on an employer’s application portal with the email employers see on your applications and a password it generates, and signs in to the accounts it made. Those accounts are yours and are with the employer, whose terms apply to them. The setting is off unless you turn it on.
- Gmail. OfferAIO does not sign in to Gmail, or open or read Gmail, in your OfferAIO browser. If you signed in to Gmail there before, Disconnect Gmail under Inboxes & accounts → Inbox removes that sign-in. OfferAIO does not offer connecting Gmail or any other email account, sending mail through Gmail, Google app passwords, or forwarding mail to OfferAIO. If you connected Gmail before October 20, 2026, you can disconnect it there, which revokes access and deletes what was imported. Employer codes and confirmations reach OfferAIO only through your private OfferAIO address.
- Your private OfferAIO address. OfferAIO gives every applicant an address of their own on one of its mail domains and puts it on their applications; it is the only email address OfferAIO puts on applications. Mail sent to it is kept in your OfferAIO account, read by OfferAIO only to finish your applications (a verification code, a sign-in link, the status of an application), and a copy is sent on to your verified sign-in email unless you turn that off under Settings → Profile. Until a private address is available for your account, employers see your sign-in email. We never use the private address to contact you for anything else, never give it to anyone else, and retire it for good when your account is deleted. By using OfferAIO you agree that OfferAIO may receive and send mail on your behalf at that address.
- Browser recordings for troubleshooting. By using OfferAIO you agree that OfferAIO may record your application browser for troubleshooting: videos of its screen and detailed logs of its page activity, including the pages it opens, the forms typed into and what is shown on screen, while it works for you and while you watch or control it in the live window. Recording is part of using the application browser and is not a separate setting, so OfferAIO does not ask again before opening it. Recordings are used only to find and fix problems, are seen only by OfferAIO's team, and are never used for advertising or to train AI models. The Privacy Policy says what a recording shows, who watches it and when it is deleted. If you do not agree, do not use the application browser or the live window.
- After it is sent. Once an application is sent to an employer, it is theirs. We cannot withdraw it for you, and the employer’s own terms and privacy policy apply to it.
4. Applications, plans and billing
- Free accounts: 5 free Auto Applies total. No card, no daily reset. Paid plans include unlimited applications: Premium at $20/month, or the Season Pass at $49 once for 120 days. Every feature is included on every plan; Auto Apply is available to applicants 18 and older.
- Starting an application uses one from your plan. If a run ends before the form is ready to send, the application is given back. A filled form waiting for your final submit uses one, even if you do not send it.
- OfferAIO Premium is billed monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time under Settings → Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- The Season Pass lasts 120 days from purchase and does not renew. If you ask for a refund before it ends, we refund the unused days at $49 ÷ 120 per day, and your access ends when the refund is issued. A Lifetime purchase made before the Season Pass keeps its lifetime access.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers: Stripe on the website, and Apple if you buy through the OfferAIO iPhone app when that app is available. We do not store card numbers.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use OfferAIO to apply under a false identity, to apply to the same posting repeatedly, to harass or spam employers or recruiters, to scrape, bulk-download or resell our data, including through the public catalogue beyond its published limits, or to break any law or any employer’s application rules. We can suspend accounts that do.
6. No guarantees
We work hard to make OfferAIO accurate, but we cannot promise that any application will be sent successfully, that a form will be filled perfectly, or that you will get an interview or an offer. OfferAIO is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Your data
How we handle your information is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You can export or delete your data from Settings at any time.
8. Ending things
You can delete your account whenever you like. We can close accounts that break these terms. Sections 5 through 9 survive the end of the agreement.
9. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. If something here is unclear or you have a dispute, write to us first at support@offeraio.com; most things can be sorted out with an email.
