How can we help?

Find your answer below, or email support@offeraio.com and a person reads it.

How an application goes out

Auto Apply can choose new matches for you if you are 18 or older and queue them once or turn on scheduled picks. You can also press Apply on a posting you choose. OfferAIO fills either application in a browser of your own on our servers, from your profile, resume, saved answers, and OfferAIO's standard answers. An answer you give yourself replaces a standard one. For pay, the figure a posting lists comes first. Turn on Review before submission in Settings → Automation to press submit yourself. Anything it cannot answer from your information waits under Needs your input. A sent application shows under Applied, with the answers that went out.

New applications use your own email. Recruiter replies and verification emails stay in your own inbox. Connect Gmail SMTP to send messages under Inboxes & accounts → Inbox. OfferAIO does not read your Gmail. The SMTP connection uses an encrypted Google app password. Under the Terms of Service, the browser’s screen may be recorded to fix problems, including employer mail that was opened; see the Privacy Policy.

An application needs your input

That is working as intended. OfferAIO stopped at something only you can do: answering a question your profile does not cover, signing in on the employer’s site, or, with Review before submission on, pressing the employer’s submit button. Everything it could fill is filled, and your progress is saved.

Open Needs your input on Applications. Each card says what that application needs. Answer a question right there and OfferAIO carries on; the answer is saved for next time. If the card opens the window the form was filled in, finish the step there and come back.

With Review before submission on, press the employer’s submit button yourself in that window, then come back and press I sent it so your list stays right. A window waiting for your submit stays open for about two hours; if it closes first, the application comes back to you and you can try it again from Applications.

An application came back to you

Email“OfferAIO couldn’t open the employer’s email” or “Gmail signed out”

The employer emailed a code or a confirmation that OfferAIO had no way to read, and needs your help. OfferAIO does not open your own email. Check Gmail for new replies; earlier messages remain under Inboxes & accounts → Inbox, or finish that step on the employer’s site yourself, then press Try again on the application. Nothing was sent in the meantime.

Employer“The employer’s site had an error”

The employer’s page did not load or answered with an error, so nothing was sent and the application came back to you. Press Try again and OfferAIO starts that form again. If the same company fails more than once, send us the posting link so we can look at what stopped it.

Not sent“Didn’t go through”

OfferAIO could not get the form filled and sent: the posting may have closed, or the page may not have loaded. When that happens the application comes back to you. Open it in Applications to see why, then press Try again or apply on the employer’s site. (One you skipped shows up here too.) If a specific company fails repeatedly, send us the posting link so we can look at what stops it.

Billing

  • 5 free Auto Applies total. No card, no daily reset. Premium is $29.99/month. Auto Apply up to 100 a day. Auto Apply queues new matches up to the daily cap you set, at most 100 a day. Pause or cancel queued applications anytime. A monthly plan renews until you cancel under Settings → Billing.
  • Manage or cancel from Settings → Billing, which opens the payment portal.
  • Unused applications do not roll over. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

Your data

Export your account data as JSON or delete your account from Settings → Advanced. The export does not include file contents, browser recordings or detailed browser logs. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved answers, employer-account passwords and application history; resume files and the browser are deleted during cleanup. When you delete your account, we also ask our browser service to remove your browser recordings and detailed browser logs, and keep retrying until it confirms. Until removal is confirmed these records can remain; email support for an update. See the Privacy Policy.

Emails and alerts

New internship alerts tell you within a day of a matching posting opening. Choose them in Settings, under New internship alerts: email and push on or off separately, as they open or one daily digest, how good a match has to be, and quiet hours (nothing between 10pm and 7am your time). Interview reminders, sent the day before an interview you have dated on an application, follow the same email and push switches.

Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link that needs no login.

Employer logos

OfferAIO shows an employer’s own published logo beside its name so you can tell at a glance whose posting it is. Each logo belongs to its owner, and showing it does not mean that employer works with or endorses OfferAIO.

Not your logo? Ask us to remove it. If you speak for an employer and want its logo taken down, or a logo here is not the employer’s, email support@offeraio.com with the company’s name and website. Once it is removed, OfferAIO shows the company’s initial in its place.

Still need a hand?

Tell us the email address on your account and, if it is about one application, the company and role. That is usually enough to sort it out in one reply.
