Product Manager Internship (Work-from-Home)

Product Management Intern You will work cross-functionally within Businessolver’s Data Science & Innovation team, collaborating with Product Managers, Software and Machine Learning Engineers, Computational Linguists, UX Designers, and Business Partners to deliver end-to-end product features. In this role you will: • Support Product Managers in defining and gathering requirements to build and launch features across Businessolver’s AI and customer service technology portfolio • Conduct data analysis and market research on user behavior, virtual assistant support, and HR/benefits trends to inform product decisions • Compile and analyze product metrics to assess feature performance and measure impact on the member experience • Test and validate functionality to ensure high-quality releases and optimize the user experience • Participate in daily scrum ceremonies and planning sessions You will gain hands-on experience working on conversational AI, user-centric product design, and internal tooling that supports millions of member interactions. Basic Qualifications: • The desire to pursue a career in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Engineering • Demonstrated experience or comfort using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in academic, professional, or personal settings • Curiosity about applying Generative AI to improve user experience, automate workflows, or inspire product innovation • Experience analyzing and auditing data leveraging MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Python) • A team player who has a track record to collaborate with a diverse group of people with a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds • Highly collaborative and data-driven to solve complex problems • A passion for learning, solving problems, and seeking answers • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills • Minimum of 6-month commitment Additional Qualifications (bonus): • Currently enrolled or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s in AI, Product Management, Business, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or an equivalent field • Prior experience in product management or product marketing or prior experience or education in health care systems • Experience reviewing/coding with Python and SQL • Knowledge of AWS, Azure or other cloud services The pay for this position is $23.00 per hour.
