Position Summary The Enterprise Technology Operations Intern will support enterprise infrastructure, endpoint management, cloud services, identity management, and operational technology initiatives across Crest. Unlike traditional help desk internships, this role provides exposure to enterprise-scale technology operations, systems administration, cloud platforms, networking, endpoint management, and infrastructure modernization initiatives supporting a multi-company manufacturing organization. This position is ideal for students interested in: Systems Administration Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Engineering Network Engineering IT Operations Platform Engineering Enterprise Technology Management Responsibilities Assist with endpoint deployment and lifecycle management Support Active Directory and identity administration activities Participate in infrastructure projects and system upgrades Assist with cloud administration and migration efforts Support endpoint security and compliance initiatives Develop operational dashboards and reporting Assist with asset management and configuration management Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities Support automation initiatives using PowerShell and Power Platform Document technical procedures and operational standards Technologies Exposure Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 Active Directory Windows Server VMware Intune PowerShell SharePoint Networking Infrastructure Endpoint Management Platforms Preferred Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, CIS, or related field Understanding of operating systems and networking fundamentals Interest in infrastructure and cloud technologies Strong troubleshooting abilities Desire to learn enterprise technology operations What Students Will Learn Enterprise systems administration Cloud operations Infrastructure management Identity and access management Automation and scripting Endpoint lifecycle management IT service operations Enterprise technology governance
