As part of the Fever Originals team , you will be part of creating one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Event Producer Intern, who will support our Lead Producer in all aspects of production ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered. This person will be involved in all parts of event production for our DACH Market. This is an opportunity to learn and develop your production skills across different types of live events and experiences . You will gain exposure to event planning, technical production, supplier coordination, budgeting, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up, while supporting the wider team in bringing creative concepts to life. The role requires flexibility, creativity, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and supporting the team to meet deadlines and deliver great experiences. The ideal candidate has some experience in live events, theatre, stage management, or another fast-paced operational environment, and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for audiences. You will: • Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up • Support the wider Fever Originals team in the development of new events, implementing new production formats and ensuring Fever remains up to date, and ahead of the curve, on emerging technologies and solutions that can enhance Fever’s experiences. • Create productions timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule • Assess and manage budgets of different scales, working with project managers • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables • Manage multiple productions and help scale various Fever Original event formats across the market • Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts • Domestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required QUALIFICATIONS You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, organized, and detail-oriented mindset. You have excellent communication skills. You have operational experience, but also an ability to think strategically from a business perspective. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience. • High degree of enthusiasm for the live event / event production industry • Strong fluency in German and English with excellent communication skills. • Experience in Theater / Stage Management is a plus! • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way • Have an innovative and solution-focused mindset to identify problems and find creative solutions • Interest in building relationships with venues and vendors and learning about the permitting process • Have a basic understanding of technical production requirements and fabrication techniques • Curious, with an appetite for learning, keen to push boundaries and try new concepts, and the ability to pick up new skills quickly • Able to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent on efforts, working collaboratively and willing to be hands-on • Ability to think strategically when faced with an event brief • Experience in virtual events, outdoor events and/or large-scale events is a plus You can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone willing to stay humble and learn and can work nimbly.
