This position will uphold the Hydrite “Standards of Excellence” through continuous commitment to customer satisfaction, both internal and external. This role will run full time from May/June - August 2027. Primary responsibilities include: • Uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence through a continuous commitment to maintain quality facilities and provide quality products and services to internal and external customers • Prepare samples for Distribution, FP, Water Treatment, and Foam Control. • Practice good laboratory safety techniques. • Assist chemists in completing lab requests and projects. • Ship small quantities of hazardous materials. • Perform all duties outlined in relevant SOPs and all other duties to be assigned. • Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required. • Review changes/additions with your supervisor. Must be RCRA compliant. REPORTING STRUCTURE • This position reports to the Director of Technology. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE • Must be studying to obtain a degree in Chemistry (Junior or Senior). • Completion of following core Chemistry courses: Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, • Organic Chemistry, and associated labs. • Must possess good laboratory analytical skills. • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. • Able to apply advanced math skills and use involved problem solving. • Must be self-motivated. • Must have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
