WHAT YOU'LL DO - Support the Customer Care team in assisting Lexroom https://www.lexroom.ai/'s customers across chat, email, and calls. - Learn day by day: shadow experienced colleagues, get to know our product and processes, and gradually handle simple requests with the team's guidance. - Bring curiosity and energy to the team: ask questions, share what you learn, and contribute ideas to improve how we support our customers. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - You are fluent in English, comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in a professional context. - No prior work experience needed: we're looking for the right drive and mindset, not a specific background. - You have a proactive, hands-on attitude, enjoy solving problems, and want to learn inside a fast-growing startup. - You're a fast learner, comfortable picking up new tools and processes. - You're based in Milan or open to relocating (relocation support evaluated case by case).
