Contract Student Worker - Charging Infrastructure Partnerships

Role Overview Administrative scope for charging partnerships. Also identification and work on AI improvements to existing workflows. Responsibilities • Create and manage cross-functional review documents and internal follow-ups • Drafting the initial PR review decks • Managing post-contract execution to-dos (accounting documents, tracking the Amazon PGs, updating internal trackers, etc.) Required Qualifications • Identify and work on AI improvements to existing workflows • Basic financial modeling in Excel • Powerpoint/Google slides • AI platforms (Claude preferred) Program Requirements • Currently enrolled in a B.S. or M.S. program in a relevant discipline. • Available to commit to a minimum three-month assignment. • Able to commit a minimum of 20 hours per week. • Able to work on-site at one of our office locations. • Must adhere with Zoox confidentiality requirements, including refraining from using or sharing proprietary company information outside of Zoox, such as in academic research, theses, publications, or presentations.
