Key Responsibilities • Support the Intrusion Systems team with daily technical tasks and first‑level troubleshooting. • Assist in analyzing logs, diagnosing issues, and replicating customer scenarios. • Communicate with customers and collaborate with internal departments under expert guidance. YOU MUST HAVE • Basic electrician knowledge and understanding of low‑voltage or security systems. • Network fundamentals (IP, LAN) and strong German + English communication skills. • Analytical, proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team. what you will learn • How intrusion systems operate and how to analyze logs and technical data. • How to provide customer support via phone/email and follow support processes. • How to troubleshoot issues, replicate problems, and work with expert teams We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
