Associate Intern

The Role Great work starts with a great foundation. And we hope to build a great foundation through our 10-week Associate Intern Program. Associate Interns dive into every detail of the business, working to gain an understanding of our clients, their growth aspirations, and what drives their customers. Associate Interns work with everyone in the firm, collaborating with colleagues across the organization. On any given project, you’ll interact with clients, Partners, Designers, Insights Specialists, Content Strategists, and many others from our rich multidisciplinary bench. The Associate Intern role is organized to cultivate a true understanding of our approach to consulting and develop the skills to get it done. Your Day To Day While every day will be different, you can expect to: • Gain a deep understanding of our client’s business and customer base, understanding how our clients grow and what market conditions (digital trends, shifting customer needs, etc.) may impact that growth and transformation • Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to help answer key strategic customer, growth, and transformation questions, through brand, marketing, and digital strategies, for Fortune 500 companies. • Help conduct primary and secondary research and analyze data; engage in creative problem-solving sessions to formulate hypotheses • Share your point of view and present insightful and actionable recommendations to internal senior leaders and our clients You'll Thrive at Prophet If You... • Have well-developed critical thinking, problem-solving and creative thinking skills. • Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing. • Have a passion for business strategy, brand, digital and marketing, and how they drive growth. • Are naturally curious, enjoy learning and challenge assumptions. • Are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt as situations and priorities evolve. • Hold yourself to high standards and dare to pursue bold, uncommon outcomes. • Use AI tools confidently while applying your own critical thinking and judgment to the outputs. • Demonstrate high personal standards, resilience and drive in a high-performance environment, with a willingness to go the extra mile. What You'll Need • Final-year student, recent graduate, or up to 2 years' experience in a related field outside consulting. • Relevant work authorization for the office the role is based. • Business-level English. Business-level Mandarin is highly desirable. • Familiarity with AI tools, AI strategy or implementation experience, and/or exposure to GenAI applications. • Able to start a 10-week internship in 2027 • Apply to the role before December 11, 2026 Prophet is an equal opportunity employer.
