Why Intern with Ragle? • Weekly pay & housing provided • Internship programs start  after Memorial Day 2027 • Weekly Pay is $1,250 (Taxes not included) • 50 hour work week • Hands-on experience working on real construction projects • Career growth opportunities:  Many of our interns go on to full-time roles—one of our former interns is now  Chief of Estimating , and others hold key positions in project management and engineering. • Supportive, fun, and collaborative team environment What You’ll Do • Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management • Help prepare and review change orders • Learn job cost reporting and project analysis • Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning • Participate in project meetings and team coordination • Ensure projects meet  quality standards and safety policies Who We’re Looking For • Current student pursuing a  degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology • Some related experience is helpful (coursework or previous internships) • Strong  communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Goal-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn Why You’ll Love It Here At Ragle, we invest in  our interns’ growth .
